Sixteen AI films on two YouTube channels, one in English and one in Telugu. Press play on any of them, then open the making of Kedarnath: the script, the characters, the clips and the sound, with a real 95-second cut.
One film, opened up. Play 95 seconds of the final cut, from 5:36 to 7:11, and watch each source light up as it plays. Then follow those same 95 seconds back to the script, the characters, the clips and the sound.
This is the final exported film, cut from 5:36 to 7:11. It has no captions yet: the narration is Telugu, and the script lines are translated below.

Every bar is a real clip from the Premiere project, placed where it sits in the cut. Click or tap the timeline to jump; arrow keys move it when it has focus.
Written first, in Telugu, as a narration with the pictures and sounds marked inside it. These 95 seconds cover the end of the temple-roof scene and the section called “దివ్య ఆజ్ఞ (The Celestial Command)”. Each row below is a line from the script, the time it lands in the cut, and what was placed under it.

Telugu lines are quoted from the script, in part. English lines are my translation. The script’s planning timecodes differ from the final cut, so the times here are from the edit. I do not claim each recorded line matches the script word for word.
2Character sheets
Before any shot, every character gets a sheet: a full turnaround and face angles, so the same person comes back in every frame. Eight were made for this film. Two appear in these 95 seconds.

A nine-panel sheet fixes the place: the temple, the valley and the mountains. Scene 3 stills then set the family in it: the lodge, the sleeping child, the rush to the temple.

Stills become moving shots in Freepik’s video tool. Seven of the clips in the cut are shown here as raw files, with no music or edit on them. Press play, or jump to where each one lands in the film.

6Audio composition
The same 95 seconds, heard as layers. Voice sits on top. Three music tracks take turns underneath: Freepik’s “Omen to Glory” opens and returns for Bhima’s descent, “Terra Requiem II” carries the storm and the divine form, and “Our Last Stand” takes over at 6:32 and runs to the end of the cut. The effects and ambience beds sit above them. The bottom lane is the loudness of the final mix.

An AI film is not one prompt. It is a chain of decisions, and each link leaves a file behind. Pick a stage to see the real artifacts from my own projects.
Built from my Google Drive scripts, my project folders and my Premiere files, read in October 2026.
03The work
Eight stages, shown.
Choose a stage. Everything inside is from my own projects: scripts, prompts, stills, clips, audio and timelines.
01Story development
A script is written for the ear. Timecodes, scene headers and open loops are in the text before any picture exists.
Two drafts of one film
Nallamala The first script held three legends in 8 minutes. The rewrite, about 10 minutes, follows one documented night and names its framework: Hook, Skeleton, Muscles, Skin.
Draft 1 · 8 minutes, three stories
0:00–1:30Hook
1:30–3:30Kenneth Anderson and the Kurnool man-eater
3:30–5:30Srisailam, the midnight mystery
5:30–7:15The Chenchu and the uranium secret
7:15–8:00Conclusion
Draft 2 · about 10 minutes
0:00–1:00Hook
1:00–2:20Identity: who Anderson was
2:20–4:00Conflict: the killer is born
4:00–Further sections
“విజువల్స్ [VISUAL], Sound cues [SOUND], Open loops 〔LOOP〕 తో mark చేయబడ్డాయి.”
The rewrite marks pictures, sound and open loops inside the script itself. (my translation)
Finding the first seconds
Tulpa The script file keeps two candidate openings.
A
ఒంటరిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు… ఎవరో మిమ్మల్ని చూస్తున్నట్లు అనిపించిందా?
When you are alone, did you ever feel someone was watching you?
B
హిమాలయాల్లోని ఒక గుహలో… ఒక యోగి 108 రోజులు ధ్యానం చేస్తున్నాడు.
In a cave in the Himalayas, a yogi has been meditating for 108 days.
Draft A starts with the viewer’s own room. Draft B starts with a mystery. (my translation)
Prose first, then a timed script
The Reflection Room is a Telugu film. A full prose story was written first (27 April). The second script (28 April, last edited 7 May) cuts it into timed scenes with speaker labels.
2:00–3:00మొదటి రోజు | స్వర్గంScene 3 · Day one | Paradise
Six storyboard prompts, from my storyboard document. Each also names the light, the era and the colour grade.
One prompt, nine shots
The 3×3 contact-sheet prompt asks for nine shot types of the same subject, in one image: three rows of three, from extreme long to the low and high angles.

Characters and places, designed before shooting
Kedarnath The project folder holds eight character sheets with turnarounds and face angles. Four are shown. An environment reference sheet and a turnaround of the sacred bull sit beside them.
03Shot design
Each shot has a job. The list moves from the widest frame to the closest and says what the viewer should feel.
The shot ladder
Nallamala A ten-shot sequence with a purpose beside each frame.
1
Extreme wideEstablishing: the scale of the jungle and the lone hunter
2
WideContext: low angle at the tree base, the hunter hiding in the roots
3
Medium wideProfile: his silhouette and rifle against the moon
4
Low-angle heroAnticipation: legendary but vulnerable under a vast sky
5
MediumFocus: he looks through the sights, searching the dark
6
Close-up, faceEmotion: sweat on his face tells us the tiger is close
7
Medium close-upAction: rifle and hat, mechanical readiness
8
Extreme close-up, handTension: finger on the trigger, the point of no return
9
POV over the shoulderSight: we look down the barrel, the audience becomes the hunter
10
Tight close-upReaction: the last split second before the shot
From the list to the frame
Three generated frames from the same project, wide to tight, the way the list reads.
Tiger on the path, the hunter in his hollow, the hunter at the sights.
04Image generation
Every film has one visual language, set before the generating starts.
Select any still to see it larger. Where the file name shows the tool, it is noted in the caption. The sample is 43 of about 810.

05Motion generation
Stills become short moving shots. The prompt names the camera and the action.
Eight real clips from my project folders. Each plays muted, on request. The prompt under each is the one written in the file name; where a name was cut off by the file system, the caption says so.

06Narration
The voice track is directed like a performance, then laid over the music.
Voice, directed in the script
Kedarnath is a Telugu film. The script carries a performance note before the lines it governs.

Very slowly. Every word should land like a blow.
(వాయిస్: వేగం హఠాత్తుగా పెరుగుతుంది — దెబ్బ తగిలినట్లు)
The pace suddenly rises, as if struck.

Film cards show each video’s YouTube thumbnail, loaded from YouTube when you view the page. If it cannot load, a still from the project (or the runtime) shows instead. Counts come from file names in the project folders on my external drive, so they show what is there, not how every file was used. Stock clips are footage not generated by AI, as classed from file names.
05The method
AI is a tool. Direction is the job.
What I decide
The story, the structure and the first ten seconds.
The look of each film, held across every frame.
The lens, angle and purpose of each shot.
The performance of the voice, and where silence goes.
The cut, the sound and the final grade.
What the tools do
Image generation: ChatGPT images, Gemini images and Freepik, as named in the files.
Motion: Kling (also through Freepik), Runway Gen-4 Turbo and Freepik video.
Stock footage, and music and sound effects from Epidemic Sound.
Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Tool names come from file names and watermarks in the project folders. I list only what I saw.
06By the numbers
The scale, counted.

About 170 AI clips, plus 210 stock clips, counted by file name
Editing
13 Premiere timelines read, 2,073 clips in total
Counted from file names in my project folders and from the Premiere project files, read in October 2026. They show what is there, not how every file was used.
07Built to be used
Accessibility, in this page.
Every image has alt text. All 71 stills on this page describe what is in them. Select an image to enlarge it; focus stays inside the viewer and Escape closes it.
Motion is optional. The film rail drifts slowly on its own. It stops while you hover or focus it, has a Pause button, and stays still if your system asks for reduced motion. You can also scroll it by touch, trackpad, the two buttons or the arrow keys. Clips are muted and start only when you press play.
Keyboard first. The stage tabs follow the standard pattern. The Kedarnath timelines are sliders: arrow keys move one second, Page Up and Page Down ten. Every time stamp is a button that plays the film from that point.
Captions are still to do.The 95-second cut has Telugu narration and no captions yet. The script lines beside it carry English translations I wrote, but they are not a synced caption track.
Telugu is marked as Telugu.Script quotes carry lang="te" so screen readers pronounce them correctly, and each has an English line I translated.
Text contrast.Body and caption text meets WCAG AA (4.5:1) on the black and white sections. Red text is a lighter red on black and a deeper red on white so it keeps 4.5:1 or more. Timeline bars are told apart by fill, outline and label, not by colour alone.
08Watch
Watch the films where they live.
Each channel keeps its own audience. Start with whichever matches your language.
